TENS Team visits the Emir of Minna, Niger State

The Minna Emirate played host to the TENS team on July 25, 2016. The team arrived the palace by 1pm and was received by His Royal Highness (Dr.) Umar Farouq Bahago, Emir of Minna.

The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology Hajia Fatima N. Madugu introduced the guests from Cambridge University and MRL Consultants as the TENS team, stating the purpose of their visit.

The Emir addressed everyone present, formally welcoming the team to his palace. He appreciated the focus and purpose of the TENS Programme, noting that it was a long overdue initiative that would bring development to the state.

He thanked the Cambridge University and MRL team for their willingness to contribute to the educational development of the state and prayed for the continued success of the programme.

In honour of His Royal Highness, The TENS team presented him with a gift.
