From TDP to EPMIS
Originally the Teachers Digitisation Project (TDP), the initiative was renamed EPMIS as its scope expanded to cover all teaching and non-teaching education personnel.

Accurate staff records
A web-based TDP Portal and online questionnaire collect data on qualifications, experience and school assignments, feeding a Teacher-Based Data Management System for real-time tracking.

Better decisions
A 5-day training programme launching in 2025 will support staff as the system strengthens planning, deployment, professional development and education policy.
