EPMIS is a flagship TENS II initiative to build a central digital record of teachers and non-academic staff across Niger State.

From TDP to EPMIS

Formerly the Teachers Digitisation Project, the initiative was renamed as its scope expanded to all teaching and non-teaching education personnel.

An online questionnaire collects information on qualifications, experience and school assignments for audit and data management.

The system aims to improve planning, resource allocation, deployment, professional development and education policy.
